Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for liquid spice blends, seasonings, essential oils, and oleoresins.
Conduct laboratory trials, sensory evaluation, stability studies, and application testing.
Support current product development, customer samples, and product scale-up.
Troubleshoot formulation and product-quality issues.
Maintain R&D; records, formulations, specifications, and trial reports.
Coordinate with Production and QA/QC for trials and commercialization.
