Key Responsibilities
Understand pharma industry requirements and hiring needs from clients.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, qualification, location, designation, segment, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment status regularly.
Negotiate salary/CTC and support candidates during the offer and joining process.
Build and maintain a solid candidate network within the pharmaceutical industry.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Preferred Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales industry is preferred.
Ability to identify and screen suitable pharma sales profiles.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and job portals.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidate Profile
Any graduate/postgraduate can apply.
1+ year recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
Candidates with pharma recruitment or pharma sales knowledge will have an added advantage.
