Role & Responsibilities
Drive daily sales targets by actively engaging customers at store counters and within retail environments to promote products and close transactions.
Deliver compelling product demos, answer customer queries, and tailor recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability, and coordinate with store managers to optimize shelf presence.
Track daily sales performance, report KPIs, and provide feedback to sales leadership on customer trends and competitor activity.
Build strong relationships with store personnel and regional sales managers to align on promotions and inventory needs.
Attend product training sessions and stay updated on features, pricing, and promotional offers to ensure accurate customer communication.
