We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our Retail Recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various retail positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Handle volume hiring for retail stores and frontline positions.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication, grooming, location, salary, notice period, and other criteria .
Education & Experience Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
Experience:
15years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, staffing, consultancy, or volume hiring.
