Role & responsibilities
Work in a highly target-oriented and performance-driven environment with strong focus on business generation.
Responsible for recent client acquisition for Demat & Trading Accounts through direct marketing, references, networking and other business development activities.
Identify and approach potential clients and convert them into active customers of the Company.
Generate business through current account opening, trading activity and cross-selling of financial products.
Understand prospective clients' requirements and provide suitable information regarding Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs and other investment products.




Build strong qualified relationships with prospective clients and follow up effectively to convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned monthly client acquisition, revenue and business targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 04 years of experience in a Stock Broking/Capital Market company.
Experience in new client acquisition and Demat & Trading Account acquisition is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs and other investment products.
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.
