We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, telecalling, lead follow-up, CRM management, and coordinating with the sales team to convert enquiries into potential clients.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain consistent follow-up with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, website, and other sources.
Explain our construction, renovation, architectural and interior design services to potential clients.
Maintain and update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.
Regularly follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings/site visits.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams for customer requirements.
Track enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
Maintain accurate daily reports of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.




Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to use CRM software and maintain customer records.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or CRM is preferred.
Candidates with experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or interior design industry will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
