Work Profile:
Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors
Identify and connect with potential candidates
Conduct training and provide continuous support to Insurance Advisors
Guide Advisors in lead generation and sales activities
Support Advisors in completing business and achieving targets
Develop and manage a strong Insurance Advisor team
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and team members
Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets
