Identify builders, contractors, architects, consultants and upcoming projects.
Conduct regular project/site visits and prepare quotations & BOQs.
Drive product specification, approvals and project conversion.
Generate secondary project sales through assigned franchisees/channel partners.
Coordinate with technical, franchise and application teams for project execution.
Maintain project pipeline, CRM updates and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and project conversion targets.
Monitor competitors, market pricing and recent business opportunities.
Submit regular sales and project status reports to management.
