The role involves identifying customer financial needs, generating leads through branch and field activities, cross-selling banking solutions, ensuring KYC and regulatory compliance, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
The Relationship
Officer is also responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining solid relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams for timely service delivery, and contributing to the overall business growth of the branch.
