Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Industrial Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, minimize workplace risks, and promote a solid safety culture across all operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe working workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
Maintain safety documentation and records
Coordinate with management and external regulatory bodies




Monitor use of PPE and enforce safety standards
Promote a culture of safety awareness within the organization

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
Certification such as:
NEBOSH / IOSH
OSHA Certification
Fire & Safety Certification
4–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction safety
Robust knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits

Preferred Skills
First Aid & Firefighting certification
Experience in manufacturing / heavy industry
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety management systems

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
