Job Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their insurance requirements.
Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and policy terms clearly to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Skills & Requirements
Prior experience in Insurance Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Direct Sales is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a solid sales mindset.
Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
What We’re Looking For A confident, energetic and target-driven individual who can communicate effectively with customers and has the ability to turn leads into successful sales. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
