Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Engineering Manager who possesses strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in managing IT teams and projects. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, overseeing system operations, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and coordinating with multiple departments for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and API development
- Deep understanding of System Design and scalable architecture
- Experience working with Messaging Queues
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka
- Strong knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Proficiency in SQL and database design
- Strong experience in Unit Testing and test automation

Leadership & Management Requirements

- Team Lead / Engineering Team Management experience
- Proven experience managing and mentoring development teams




- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in delivery ownership, code reviews, and technical decision-making

Domain Experience

- Mandatory experience working on Product/Application Development
- Experience designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications

Preferred Profile

- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role
- Robust problem-solving, architecture, and people management skills
- Experience building high-performance, scalable, and distributed systems using Python

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Expertise in Python, C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
