Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic, self-motivated freshers for the position of Purchase Executive who are eager to learn and grow their careers in procurement and purchasing operations.

In this role, you will assist with vehicle purchasing activities, coordinate with customers and internal teams, verify basic vehicle details, and support the purchase process. This position is ideal for freshers looking to start their careers in purchasing, procurement, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle selling and purchasing.
- Coordinate with customers via calls and WhatsApp to collect vehicle details.
- Understand vehicle information, including model, condition, registration, and location.
- Assist in evaluating vehicle details and preparing purchase quotations.
- Negotiate with customers to finalize vehicle purchase deals.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert opportunities into successful purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, quotations, and purchase transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, vehicle pickup, and payment processing.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the vehicle purchase process.

- Any graduate can apply; graduates or MBA candidates are preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, calls, WhatsApp, and computer operations.
- Interest in purchasing, procurement, sales coordination, or automobile-related work.
