Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Daskroi. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and related products.

Executive will track inventory levels, compare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and maintain accurate procurement records.



The role includes close collaboration with production, warehousing, and finance teams to align purchasing with demand forecasts and budget plans.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and purchase management skills, including experience with Purchase Management and Procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, from creation to approval and tracking.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of inventory control, vendor evaluation, and basic negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing software and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing procurement is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced, in office environment.
