Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Manager role based in Bhuj.

The Purchase

Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and related supplies, ensuring timely availability to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role involves monitoring inventory levels,



coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and environmental standards.

The Purchase

Manager will also analyze market trends, optimize purchase costs, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate purchase records and reports.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in procurement, vendor management, and supplier negotiation.
- Experience in inventory control, materials planning, and purchase order management.
- Ability to analyze costs, evaluate quotations, and manage budgets effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of industrial minerals, manufacturing, or related process industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
