- Identify suitable suppliers and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Collect and compare quotations from different suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on material delivery.
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams regarding material requirements and payments.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure timely procurement.
- Check the quality and quantity of received materials.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and invoices.
- Control purchasing costs and ensure materials are available on time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
