We are looking for an experienced Purchase professional with 10-15 years of experience in procurement of domestic and imported materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow.
- Handle procurement of domestic and imported materials.
- Good knowledge of import procedures and Incoterms.
- Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with suppliers to resolve transit delays.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard alternate/new vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and procurement analysis using Excel and computer applications.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.
- Conduct periodic vendor evaluations based on quality, delivery performance and cost competitiveness.

Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in Purchase & Procurement.




- Strong experience in domestic and international sourcing.
- Valuable knowledge of import documentation and Incoterms.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
