Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage purchase planning, procurement, and vendor development activities to ensure timely delivery of raw materials at competitive prices.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements.

- Oversee material procurement processes to minimize costs, reduce waste, and optimize inventory levels.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-9 years of experience in purchase management or a related field (FMCG).

- Solid understanding of material procurement principles, including sourcing strategies and vendor negotiation techniques.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales team) as well as external suppliers.

- Ability to analyze data to inform purchasing decisions and drive business results (e.g., cost reduction initiatives).

- Proficiency in using ERP systems or similar tools for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
