JOB SUMMARY:
As a Public Relations Executive at Afigitis PR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of messages and campaigns that enhance our clients' public image.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the media landscape, excellent communication skills, a proven track record in public relations, and strong media relations across platforms and categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and serve as the main point of contact.
2. PR Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
3. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage and press releases.
4. Digital and Social Media Platforms: Possess a good understanding of digital and social media platforms. Solid influencer relations experience is a must.
5. Content Creation: Create press releases, articles, and other written materials for client campaigns.
6. Crisis Management: Provide expertise in handling crisis communications and developing response strategies.
7. Team Leadership: Lead a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
8. Budget Management: Manage PR budgets, ensuring the cost-effective execution of campaigns.
9. Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, press conferences, and other PR-related activities.
10. Monitor Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
11. Reporting: Track and analyse PR campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
