Role Description The Xperience Internship is an invite-only opportunity for selected students to gain exposure to mental healthcare and related organizational work. Participants may contribute to projects across psychology learning, mental health awareness, content, research, and operations.

The program is designed to provide practical exposure and structured learning. Program structure, eligibility, project allocation, and access to specific learning or clinical initiatives will be communicated to selected participants.

Possible areas of exposure include:

- Psychology and clinical learning: Selected courses, expert-led webinars and training, and learning and supervision opportunities
- Mental health and social impact: Awareness campaigns, psychoeducation initiatives, and supervised pro bono support opportunities for eligible students
- Content and digital communication: Mental health blogs, social media content, and psychology research and educational resources
- Organizational operations: HR and recruitment, psychologist hiring support, scheduling, client communication, first-response processes, research, strategy, and product initiatives

Time commitment: 4 hours per day,



4 days per week
