- PRT General Teacher

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary classes in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach foundational subjects, including English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and other subjects as assigned.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching-learning materials.
- Implement interactive, activity-based, and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Develop students’ communication, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate students’ progress to parents and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in academic meetings, school events, and professional development programmes.

Educational Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or another applicable teacher-training qualification, as per recruitment requirements.
- CTET or other applicable eligibility certification, wherever required.

Required Skills
- Solid communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Effective lesson-planning, assessment, and organizational skills.




- Patience, adaptability, and a student-centric approach.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern educational practices.

- PRT Science Teacher

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science and Environmental Studies lessons for primary classes.
- Explain scientific concepts through real-life examples, demonstrations, activities, and experiments, wherever appropriate.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessment materials.
- Encourage curiosity, observation, inquiry-based learning, and scientific thinking.
- Connect scientific concepts with everyday experiences to strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Assess student performance, monitor academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and offer individual guidance and support.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Maintain academic records and communicate students’ progress to parents.
- Participate in academic planning, parent-teacher meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Science or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or another applicable teacher-training qualification, as per recruitment requirements.
- CTET or other applicable eligibility certification, wherever required.
