Key Responsibilities:

- Develop structured lesson plans and deliver effective classroom instruction in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Design and implement engaging teaching strategies and learning activities suited to students’ academic levels and learning needs.
- Assess student performance, maintain accurate academic records, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom setting that encourages curiosity, creativity, discipline, and independent thinking.
- Integrate appropriate teaching aids, educational technology, and innovative instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to support academic planning and curriculum implementation.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress, development, and learning needs.
- Actively participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and enrichment programmes.
- Support students’ academic, social,



and emotional development while upholding the school’s educational standards and values.

Qualifications and Skills

- A relevant graduate or postgraduate degree in the respective subject, along with the required teaching qualifications, such as B.Ed. or equivalent, as applicable to the position.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management and instructional skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and the development of age-appropriate learning materials.
- Prior teaching experience at the primary or senior secondary level, as relevant to the position.
- For PGT Physics, a relevant postgraduate qualification in Physics or a related discipline, along with the required teaching credentials.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to employ innovative teaching methodologies, educational technology, and appropriate assessment techniques.
- A commitment to inclusive education, student well-being, and continuous professional development.
