Role Description The Project Manager role at jStack is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of financial infrastructure projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and timeline management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations), managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that project requirements are clearly documented and executed. The role involves monitoring project risks and dependencies, tracking progress against milestones,



and preparing regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Project

Manager will also support process improvement initiatives, contribute to implementation best practices, and help ensure that projects meet regulatory, security, and performance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology or financial services environments, ideally in enterprise or mission-critical projects.
- Familiarity with financial technology domains such as digital payments, wallets, banking platforms, or card systems is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and microservices; ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivery quality.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and present clear status updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving priorities and regulatory requirements.
