We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10–12 years of experience in IT Services, preferably having worked across multiple domains and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking and monitoring.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, estimates, milestones, and resource plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage change requests, scope changes, dependencies, and escalations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management.
- Conduct regular status reviews and provide clear project reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate effectively with technical, QA, business, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
- Drive team collaboration, accountability, productivity,



and timely resolution of blockers.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, estimation, and solution discussions when required.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in IT Services / Software Delivery.
- Experience managing projects across multiple domains and technology environments.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/work streams and work effectively in a rapid-paced IT Services environment.
