JadeCaps Technologies is a hospitality-tech property management company headquartered in Koramangala, Bengaluru. We manage 120+ homes across 6+ cities and work with property owners to turn their homes into high-performing, guest-ready stays.

Red Olive – managed urban apartments in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Kolkata, built for business travellers, families, and long stays.

StayJade – leisure villas in Bangalore and Goa.

About the Role

As a Property Manager for Red Olive, you’ll own a portfolio of apartments across Bangalore end to end. You make sure every property is clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready, and that every guest has a smooth stay from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do

- Manage a portfolio of Red Olive properties assigned to you, end to end.
- Visit your properties regularly to check cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and overall guest readiness.
- Coordinate with caretakers and housekeeping staff to make sure each property is cleaned and prepared on time.
- Communicate with guests before and during their stay so they settle in comfortably, and resolve any issues quickly.
- Flag and follow up on repairs, maintenance, and inventory needs.
- Maintain quality standards so guests leave happy and reviews stay strong.




- Work with the central operations team on bookings, check-ins, and escalations.

Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in property management, hospitality, or guest operations is a plus. Freshers are welcome if you’re organised, responsible, and good with people.
- Clear communicator in English; Kannada and/or Hindi is a solid plus.
- Comfortable handling guests, staff, and on-ground issues calmly.
- Takes ownership and follows through without being chased.

Must-Haves

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. The role involves daily travel across Bangalore to your assigned properties.

Own laptop.

Work Schedule

Hospitality runs on weekends, so this role is weekend-heavy.

If you work on your weekly off or a holiday, you can take a comp off.
