Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in the Greater Delhi Area, supporting Toyo Kombucha’s operations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

The Project

Coordinator will help plan, organize, and track cross-functional projects related to production, distribution, marketing initiatives, and new product launches. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining project timelines, monitoring budgets, preparing status reports, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. The role also involves managing documentation, identifying risks or bottlenecks,



and supporting continuous improvement efforts across supply chain and sales activities.

The Project

Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership to translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including timeline management, task prioritization, and workflow tracking.
- Experience in FMCG operations or consumer goods, with familiarity in production, supply chain, and retail or distribution processes.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, communication platforms).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field; relevant FMCG project or operations experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in health, wellness, and sustainable consumer products, and alignment with Toyo Kombucha’s mission and values.
