Role Summary

Manage cross-functional programs of moderate complexity from planning through delivery. Work independently, proactively resolve issues, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders across different time zones. Use AI tools as part of the standard workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Own program plans, including milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, and decision logs.

- Run program meetings, asynchronous check-ins, and reviews based on team requirements and distribution.

- Plan activities backward from target dates and flag timeline risks early, along with possible options.

- Proactively identify risks and gaps, including those not yet raised by task owners.

- Maintain risk registers, assess impact, track mitigation actions, and escalate issues with relevant context.

- Identify changes in scope or assumptions before they affect delivery.

- Provide operational updates to teams and concise status updates to managers.

- Maintain shared trackers and reference documents for distributed teams.

- Follow up on action items and ensure their closure.

- Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and generate status reports.

- Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows to reduce friction across teams.

- Standardize repeatable program elements, including templates, intake processes,



and review formats.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or operations.

- Experience proactively identifying risks, rather than only reporting issues raised by others.

- Experience coordinating distributed teams across different time zones.

- Solid written English, including status updates, decision summaries, and stakeholder briefs.

- Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.

- Active working familiarity with AI productivity tools, including LLMs or AI-native applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in large enterprises or matrixed organizations.

- Familiarity with program health frameworks, RAG status, RAID logs, and risk registers.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or equivalent certification, or certification in progress.

- Experience coordinating asynchronously across APAC and US time zones.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
