Primebook is looking for a Production Manager to manage end-to-end production execution at our EMS partner. The role will own production planning, factory and vendor coordination, material readiness, NPI, inventory, quality, productivity and timely dispatch.Key ResponsibilitiesManage local material sourcing and readiness, including supplier coordination, timely deliveries, cost negotiation, quality compliance, material availability and critical shortage resolution.

- Monitor material consumption against BOM to identify shortages, excess consumption and variances.
- Manage day-to-day production operations and coordination with EMS/factory partners.
- Plan and track daily, weekly and monthly production against targets.
- Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy and BOM compliance.
- Monitor production quality, yield, rejection, rework and process adherence.
- Manage NPI, pilot builds and new model production validation.
- Monitor factory capacity, manpower, UPH, cycle time and productivity.
- Coordinate finished goods readiness and dispatch requirements.
- Drive resolution of production, material, quality and factory-related issues.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, QA, Tech, Product, Finance and Logistics teams.
- Track production MIS, costs, bottlenecks and corrective actions.




- Take ownership of production-floor activities and independently drive actions to closure with the EMS/factory team.
- Requirements0–5 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing / Operations.
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS / OEM / ODM is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Hands-on experience in electronics/consumer electronics manufacturing, such as laptops, tablets or similar products, is preferred.
- Robust understanding of production planning, material management and inventory control.
- Exposure to NPI, pilot builds and mass-production ramp-up.
- Good knowledge of Excel, ERP and production reporting.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with factory and cross-functional teams and drive execution independently.
- Smart, analytical and quick learner with the ability to handle multiple activities and resolve issues effectively.

Freshers Freshers may be considered from Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 institutes, such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, VIT, Thapar, top DU colleges and other reputed institutes, with a strong academic record and relevant technical/management aptitude.Ideal CandidateA hands-on, factory-oriented professional who can independently represent Primebook at an EMS facility and drive production, quality, material and delivery targets, while taking ownership of issues and ensuring timely execution.
