About Newton School of Technology:

Newton School of Technology (NST) is a new-age institution redefining technical education in India. Founded by IIT alumni, NST offers a 4-year B.Tech in Computer Science and AI, focused on hands-on learning and deep industry integration. Role

As a Program Intern, you will work with the Program, Academics, Campus Operations and Careers teams to solve real problems across the student lifecycle at the Newton School of Technology, Sonipat campus. The work spans the whole student journey, from what happens in the classroom to how students progress to internships and placements. It isn't limited to one function: you'll move between improving learning outcomes, running new initiatives, building systems and tracking impact, working with both on-ground campus teams and central teams.

What You'll Do

- Find and break down day-to-day problems in academics, student progression, campus operations and student outcomes
- Help design and run initiatives from start to finish, including planning,



stakeholder alignment, on-ground execution and follow-up
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards and reports that give teams a single source of truth on student progress
- Analyse data on student performance, sessions and outcomes, and turn what you find into explicit actions
- Work with faculty, mentors, campus leadership and central teams to keep execution aligned
- Observe classroom sessions and student activities, then capture feedback that helps improve how programs are delivered
- Document processes and help set up workflows that can scale across batches and campuses

Who You Are

- A recent graduate from a top-tier college
- Has a structured way of thinking and can break an unclear problem into clear next steps
- Has a strong ownership and execution mindset, with attention to detail
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments where the problem statement keeps changing
- Communicates well and can manage stakeholders across teams
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable working with data
- Interested in education and student outcomes (a strong plus)
