Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive the Supply Chain Finance business across the North region, ensuring achievement of business, revenue, and portfolio growth objectives
Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, ensuring productivity, capability enhancement, and achievement of business goals
Develop and execute regional business strategies focused on customer acquisition, market penetration, and sustainable growth
Leverage strong expertise in Supply Chain Finance solutions to identify prospects, structure transactions, and deliver customized financing solutions to clients
Achieve portfolio growth through acquisition of recent customers while maintaining profitability through effective pricing, deal structuring, fee income generation, and interest income enhancement




Oversee program implementation, documentation, disbursement processes, and provide regular training and handholding support to team members
Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers, anchor corporates, channel partners, and other stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards while conducting business activities.
Uphold and demonstrate the Company's values, code of conduct, and governance standards in all aspects of business operations.
