Akrostech Consulting LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and driven International Sales Intern to support our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business development initiatives.
This 2-month internship is designed for individuals who want to gain practical exposure to international B2B sales, US market prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, and recruitment services sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential US/international clients who may require RPO and recruitment solutions.
Conduct prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other B2B outreach channels.
Generate and qualify leads for RPO and staffing services.
Initiate conversations with prospective clients and understand their hiring requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain accurate lead records.
Assist the sales team in scheduling client meetings and developing business opportunities.
Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and hiring requirements.
Support the team in preparing client pitches and introductory communication.
Maintain daily activity and lead-generation reports.
Work towards assigned internship targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition.
Valuable research and prospecting abilities.
Comfortable communicating with international prospects.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willingness to learn the RPO & Recruitment Services business model.

Department: International Sales – RPO Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
