Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive / Assistant Manager Sales to support business growth in the Mumbai region.
The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, sales coordination, and achievement of assigned sales targets. Candidates with exposure to the Fire & Security or related industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities : -
Generate recent business leads and support sales growth in assigned territory.
Identify and engage potential clients across industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts) for smooth order execution.
Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales records, MIS, and client data in CRM / Excel.
Participate in client meetings,
site visits, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Required Skills &
Qualifications : -
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experience
Sales Executive: 23 years
Assistant Manager Sales: 35 years
Preferred industry exposure: Fire & Security/ ELV.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
