About The Role We’re looking for a Sales Lead to drive business growth in Mumbai through robust partnerships, channel networks, and referral-led sales. The role involves building and activating partner relationships while leading the sales team towards revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage channel and strategic partners.
Build and activate a robust partner network to generate qualified leads and referrals.
Drive sales through partner and referral channels.
Build long-term relationships with partners and key clients.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve team and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
Proven experience in partner onboarding and partner-led revenue generation.
Strong understanding of partner and referral models.
Ability to activate partners and drive consistent referrals.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or SaaS is preferred.
Solid understanding of the Mumbai market.
