Position Title: R&D; Manager - NPD

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :

To Drive new product development (NPD), product improvement, and process optimization by conducting research, trials, and evaluations. The role focuses on developing creative, protected, and high-quality food products that meet consumer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
Support cost optimization and effective utilization of resources.
Monitor and control expenses related to departmental activities.
Assist in achieving financial targets through effective planning and execution.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery.
Brand Reputation through Robost Product Pipeline.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Drive high-performance standards while encouraging innovation and teamwork.

EXPERIENCE:
7 to 9 years of experience in FMCG / Food processing industry Proven experience in people management, cross-functional coordination, and project execution.
Experience in brownfield and/or greenfield expansion projects will be preferred.
Strong exposure to process improvement, cost optimization, quality systems, and business growth initiatives.
Experience in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management is desirable.
