Key Responsibilities
Client communication, relationship management, and follow-ups
Preparing quotations and analysing freight pricing
Coordinating with clients, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams
Supporting air freight sales, marketing, and shipment coordination
Handling customer queries and maintaining client records
Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Knowledge of air freight, import-export, and freight forwarding is an added advantage
