Job Summary

NBSL Elevator Components India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience in the elevator or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account

statements.
Manage invoicing, billing, payment follow-ups, and vendor payments.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
Monitor expenses, cash flow,



and outstanding receivables and payables.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
6—8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Candidates from the elevator components or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
