Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, financial reporting and coordination with auditors, vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, finalization of accounts and MS Excel, with the ability to independently manage accounting activities and ensure accuracy and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Maintain and review general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform regular bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Handle expense accounting, wherever applicable.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and coordinate GST returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GST reconciliations.
Handle TDS calculations, payments and return filing.




Reconcile GST/TDS records with books of accounts.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants/CA for taxation and compliance-related matters.

Finalization & Reporting
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
Identify discrepancies and provide explanations/solutions.
Assist in budgeting, cash-flow planning and financial analysis.

Audit & Coordination
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Provide required schedules, documents and supporting information for audits.
Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of audit-related documents.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, CA and other external parties.

Experience :- 3 - 5 Years Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
