Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and administer the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Security Operations and Vulnerability Response (VR).
Implement and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions.
Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, including scanning, triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification.
Work with CMDB and asset data, including CI matching, ownership, and criticality.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
Collaborate with security and IT teams to improve vulnerability management processes.

Skills Required:




ServiceNow Security Operations / Vulnerability Response implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
ServiceNow administration, development, or platform experience.
Valuable understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle.
Experience with CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), asset data, ownership, and criticality.
Solid ServiceNow development skills using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
