We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery store sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a strong ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges, and offers.
Handle customer queries and provide an excellent buying experience.
Generate sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Support showroom display, stock coordination, and day-to-day sales activities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Stay updated on jewellery designs, trends, and market preferences.
Requirements
1–3 years of prior experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamond, and making charges will be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a showroom setting.
