Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of waiters, stewards, and service staff.
Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed.
Welcome guests and ensure a warm, skilled dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Ensure food and beverages are served correctly, promptly, and according to standards.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place, and overall restaurant appearance.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, and Restaurant Manager.
Check food presentation, portioning, temperature, and service quality.
Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
Upsell food, beverages, specials, and promotional items to increase sales.




Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews and feedback.
Train and guide junior service staff on SOPs, grooming, service standards, and menu knowledge.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Maintain proper inventory of service equipment, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other operating supplies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reports, sales targets, and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
