Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth and effective opening, operating, and closing procedures.
Lead, train, guide, and motivate the restaurant service team.
Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules according to business requirements.
Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest queries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and overall ambience.
Ensure proper coordination between Service, Kitchen, Barista, Cashier, and other departments.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and safety standards.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions.
Review daily sales and operational reports and communicate significant issues to management.
Control wastage, pilferage, breakage, and unnecessary operational expenses.




Coordinate with the Purchase/Store team to ensure adequate availability of operational supplies.
Monitor stock levels of restaurant service items, packaging materials, crockery, cutlery, and other requirements.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets.
Conduct regular staff briefings and communicate daily targets and operational updates.
Manage staff discipline, attendance, grooming, and workplace conduct.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of restaurant staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, fire safety, and workplace safety requirements.
Coordinate with management during special events, promotions, peak hours, and operational changes.
Prepare and submit required operational reports to management.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
