Role Expectations:
The client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect who can provide robust technical leadership across the engagement.
The resource should be capable of reviewing solution designs, defining engineering best practices, establishing governance standards, and driving overall technical excellence.
Given that the current team is relatively junior, the architect is expected to be both strategic and hands-on, actively supporting the team in solving complex technical challenges.
Expertise in automation, testing strategy, CI/CD practices, code quality, and engineering governance is considered critical for the role.
Salesforce OMS Experience Requirement:
The client acknowledged that identifying candidates with both deep Salesforce OMS expertise and solid architecture experience may be challenging.
As an alternative, the client is open to considering candidates who possess:
Solid Salesforce Core Platform expertise (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, etc.)
Experience in Commerce and Order Management domains
Proven solution architecture capabilities
Ability to quickly learn and ramp up on Salesforce OMS
