We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical laboratory procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and prepare samples for testing (blood, urine, swabs, etc.)
Perform routine lab tests and report findings accurately
Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness
Record and analyze test data using lab software
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Assist in inventory management of lab supplies
Requirements:
DMLT/BMLT from a recognized institute
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, lab software)
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
