Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, online enquiries, referrals, and other channels.
Understand customers' requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain project details, apartment specifications, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective buyers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate customer records.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, documentation, and management teams.
Assist customers with booking procedures and required documentation.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.86 per month
