We are looking for a presentable, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Retail Executive for our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer handling, and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
Maintain excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
Assist with stock management and inventory records.
Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Ensure a pleasant and professional customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, clothing, or lifestyle retail.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Robust customer-handling and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
