Relationship Management

Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Selling
Promote and sell banking products such as:
Fixed Deposits (FDs)
Insurance products
Debit/Credit Cards
Personal Loans
Business Loans
Digital Banking Services
Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of existing CASA customers.
Increase account balances and transaction volumes.
Monitor account activity and customer engagement.
Business Development
Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers.




Develop relationships with local businesses, traders, professionals, and corporate clients.
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
Follow regulatory and bank compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Customer Service
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Assist customers with banking transactions and digital banking services.
Provide regular account-related support.
Reporting
Track sales performance and business achievements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update CRM and lead management systems.
