Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage the complete real estate sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers.

Manage and guide Sales Executives to improve conversions.

Monitor team performance, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.

Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Identify current business opportunities and market trends.

Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience.

Real Estate sales experience strongly preferred.

Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Team-handling and leadership capabilities.

Good understanding of the Gurugram real estate market will be an advantage.

Target-driven with a solid focus on revenue and conversions.
