Key Responsibility:
Develop and deliver training programs on fashion, apparel, product knowledge, styling, fabrics, fits, trends, and collections.
Train teams on fashion terminology, product features, USPs, customer profiling, and styling recommendations.
Develop training modules, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and training activities.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training across retail stores.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and MIS.
Travel to stores across locations as required for training and capability-building initiatives.
Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, fabrics, fits, and fashion trends.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Robust training and facilitation skills.
Valuable understanding of fashion retail and store operations.
