We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the salon while driving business growth, team performance, and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is a people person, business-minded, and hands-on, with strong experience in managing teams and operations in the salon, beauty, wellness, or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive revenue, service sales, retail sales, and customer retention.
Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team.
Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.
Handle customer feedback and escalations.
Ensure service quality, hygiene, grooming, and SOP compliance.
Monitor inventory and salon requirements.
Maintain daily reports and business trackers.




Coordinate with the central team on operational and business requirements.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Salon, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, or Retail.
Prior experience as a Salon Manager / Store Manager is preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a robust business mindset.
Hands-on experience with Zenoti is mandatory.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to manage a quick-paced, customer-facing setting.

Location: Western Line and South Bombay Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
