Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding solar rooftop installations and project requirements.
Coordinate documentation and paperwork for net metering applications with distribution companies (like UHBVN/DHBVN) and government portals (like PM Surya Ghar).
Assist customers through the solar loan application and financing process with partner banks.
Prepare, share, and track commercial quotations, feasibility reports, and proposals for clients.
Maintain customer databases, follow-up logs, and daily sales activity records.
Coordinate between clients, technical survey teams, and installation engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Punjabi).
Basic proficiency in computer operations, MS Office (Excel/Word), and email correspondence.
Prior experience in customer support, back-office operations, or tele-sales (solar or renewable energy background is a plus).
Highly organized with solid follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
